recently, at a pre-mwc press affair, sony ericsson free their hottest batch of smartphones. they gave us the qwerty edition of the vivaz and a fold minuscule account of the xperia x10 - the mini and the mini pro. while the mini plane of the x10 was far from a surprise, the qwertified mini was really a novelty.
the giant sony ericsson vivaz pro is only 2mm thicker than the unusual and skin the same hd-totting goggles. it will be presented in black and white redden versions and should hit the promote in q2 2010. the primary vivaz should make it earlier in q1. the qwerty upright of the vivaz pro is entirely secure, with keys nicely spaced. the only thing we can long for is a little better keypress advice. anyway, they might as well fix that, they still got at least a link of months forward.
while quite surprisingly, the mini pro piano is rather finicky to category on. sony ericsson are making utterly a goal out of the statement that the compact telephone allows even solitary-handed typing. the sony ericsson xperia x10 mini is indeed an ingenious little smartphone. smaller than a praise license, the mini and its mini pro reincarnation both pay a price for their compact dimension. their 2.55" screens have qvga resolution only.
both mini's run on the android 1.6 and star the sony ericsson signature timescape communication application. other than that, the android os is thickly sore. certainly the low resolution has full its toll on the ui mean as well. in the four corners of the homescreen there are four customizable shortcuts, while the home monitor widgets side scrollable and each of those takes the entirety homescreen.
